Spa Gift Vouchers:

• The gift voucher receiver should contact the GB Spa and arrange the exact day and time of appointment
• We encourage guests to schedule their appointments two to five days in advance, to ensure a preferred treatment or therapist is available.
• All reservations must be secured by a credit card and a valid telephone number.
• Guests are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes before their treatment is due to start. Any delays will result in reduced treatment times to avoid disruption to other guests.

 

GB SPA POLICY FOR SPA CHILDREN

• Guests under 16 years can only receive manicure and pedicure.
• Guests of 16-17 years can receive manicure, pedicure and facial treatments.
• An adult must accompany minors at all times and for the entire duration of the treatment.
• Massages and body treatments can only be received by guests of 18 year or older.

Children 16 years are only permitted to use the indoor pool (combined with a treatment as mentioned above) and only if accompanied by an adult. They are not permitted to use the Thermal Suite.
