PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill 1 small coffee cup with cold water
- Place the cold water in a small pot
- Add 1 teaspoon of ground coffee beans and desired amount of sugar
- Stir coffee and sugar
- Let the coffee sink to the bottom and the sugar dissolve
- Place the pot over a gas burner
- Heat on low until the water starts to boil
- An incomplete ring of foam will be formed on the coffee’s surface
- Remove the pot from the heat before the foam ring closes
- Pour the coffee into the cup and serve
